Austria criminalizes and robs Czech entrepreneurs, thus infringing the Investment protection treaty In summer 2005 Mrs. Jana Václavíková, owner of a travel bureau with its sphere of action throughout whole Europe, bought a boarding house in the municipality of Groebming, under the Dachstein glacier, with the promise of the Austrian Trades Licensing Office that they would support her company. They were very glad to see that particularly Czech tourists would be coming. In summer 2007 the Provincial Court in Leoben issued a ban to use the only approach way to the boarding house, the way's purpose being the boarding house's operation, though its attention having been drawn to the fact the issuance being contrary to the building permit, to the permit to operate the boarding house, and being contrary to the International investment protection treaty. The Municipality Council Office in Groebming, though its attention having been drawn to the fact that the judgement, being contrary to the laws, should not be fulfilled, withdrew the building permit together with the permit to operate the boarding house. Byli velmi rádi, že budou přijíždět hlavně čeští turisté. V létě 2007 vydal zemský soud v Leobenu zákaz užívání jediné příjezdové cesty k penzionu pro penzionový provoz i přes upozornění, že to vydává v rozporu se stavebním povolením, s povolením penzionového provozu a v rozporu s mezistátní smlouvou o ochraně investic. Radnice v Groebmingu - i přes upozornění, že jde o rozsudek v rozporu se zákony a tedy nemá být naplněn, odebrala stavební povolení a s ním i povolení provozu penzionu. Číst dál ...
