It was a political process. In 33 days of detention, she quickly received compensation of about 3 million crowns, while others wait years and often in vain for illegal imprisonment. Instead of Mrs. Jourova, an innocent man was convicted. He has been in the police protection program for 5 years as a crown witness, changed his name, his wife and children. Číst dál Seit Jahren helfe ich umsonst Tschechischer Republik hunderte Milionen Kronen zu retten - die „Belohnung“ ist die drohende Obdachlosigkeit! Der Staat erhielt 600.000 CZK dafür, dass er die Redefreiheit des Bürgerst und seine Grundrechte nicht schützt. Wird der Bürger vom Staat  wenigstens Dank erhalten, dass er  dem Staat  hunderte von Millionen Kronen geretet hat durch seine langjährige Arbeit fürs Land ? Ich kann zumindest an meine langjährige Tätigkeit für die Freiheit und Demokratie meines Heimatlandes erinnern. An erster Stelle standen immer Recht und Gerechtigkeit. Ich habe die Meinungsfreiheit und das Recht der Öffentlichkeit auf Information innerhalb der Verfassung der Tschechischen Republik und der Grundrechtecharta der Rechte und Freiheiten genutzt und werde  sie auch weiterhin nutzen so weit es noch gehen wird.
